"Where do I even start? I’ve known mel for quite some time now and I can honestly say that I’ve always admired her ambition and determination in all things she does but more specially in regards to fitness. No matter how shitty a day can be mel ALWAYS makes a workout her bitch and each and every time I saw her pull through it made me want to be just like her. I started my weight loss journey about 10 months ago losing a total of 70 pounds but I happened to fall off biiiiig time, again remembering how much I admired Mel I sent her a message basically saying SOS!!!!!!! And that’s exactly what she did. 4 weeks ago I got back on my journey with Mel’s help and I couldn’t have made a better decision. She is NO JOKE, at times it’s hard, like any weight loss journey, but put in the work and the numbers don’t lie...4 weeks , 13 pounds and 5” off my waist... yeah you read that correctly!!! " Where to begin. I’ve always been overweight my whole life and 2 years ago I decided to take my life into my own hands and do something about it. I worked hard, “ate super clean” and I was able to lose 30 pounds, but I noticed that it was so hard to maintain my weight let alone keep losing more weight.
