WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING?

Online coaching is an online personal trainer that can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home or gym, or your local fitness facility. I specialize in body and lifestyle transformations and use physical training, nutritional changes and improvements in thinking to help you reach your goals.

 

We offer 24/7 email support to answer all your questions and / or concerns throughout your program.  Designer Body creates meal and training plans tailored to your needs. Through a series of questionnaires, we follow your answers and create a plan that works best in achieving your personal goals. We calculate your micronutrient breakdown, make adjustments weekly and ensure you are still enjoying every meal.  Your training plan will be broken down into a carefully calculated plan that will help not only achieve your dream bod, but also ensure that they are

long-lasting results.

 

We work as a team to ensure your programs are attainable.  

We want this to be a lifestyle, not a temporary fix.

MEAL PLANS

This program consists of a full meal plan created customized to your goals. You will get weekly adjustments and full support along the way.

 

WHATS INCLUDED:
 

  • A questionnaire will be sent to you to determine your goals and current eating habits Based on the foods chosen, every
    week will include a caloric change.

     

  • Weekly adjustments will be made to your plan as needed (this includes keeping your overall meals the same, but manipulating your macros as needed).
     

  • 24/7 Email Support.

TRAINING PLANS

This program consists of a full customized training plan that will help you achieve your fitness goals. You will gain access to my app "Trainerize" which will allow me to track your progress along the way.

  • A 4 week training plan will be created targeting your goals.

Online Coaching is the full package. We monitor every aspect of your training and nutrition. We offer ongoing support through weekly check-in's, 24/7 email support, and consistent reminders throughout the week to keep you on track. Online coaching is like having a personal trainer in your pocket. We work together to find the perfect balance between nutrition and training.

  • A questionnaire will be sent to you to determine your current habits (this will help me get a better understanding of your current lifestyle)
     

  • We will then work together to create a plan to develop long-lasting results
     

  • You will be entitled to weekly adjustments (this includes keeping your original meals the same - for 4 weeks at a time - but, manipulating your macro's as necessary)

BREAKDOWN

Through a series of questionnaires, we find a calorie count and macronutrient breakdown that is customized to your goals. This package can be partnered with any training program you are already following. 

 

WHATS INCLUDED:
 

  • A questionnaire will be sent to you to determine your current habits (this will help me get a better understanding of your current lifestyle)
     

  • A macronutrient and calorie breakdown will be customized for you (Proteins, Fats & Carbs)
     

  • Weekly check-ins and adjustments to calorie count or macronutrients IF needed.
     

  • You will also receive a list of foods that are broken down into fats, proteins and carbs, in order to help you create the perfect meal plan
